Confident in your compliance standards? Many United States-based e-retailers that send emails to Canadian consumers still don’t understand how Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) can impact their email marketing programs.

Three years after the launch of CASL, you will need to learn and understand these laws or potentially face big consequences. In July, new provisions were to take effect that would have allowed individuals to pursue legal action against senders that deploy unwanted and unsolicited marketing emails.
