(The Relevancy Group), in any
form, (Information), is proprietary information that belongs
to The Relevancy Group, LLC and is protected by US and
International copyright law and conventions. Except as set
forth herein, direct or indirect reproduction of the
Information, in whole or in part, by any means, is
prohibited without the express written consent of The

Members of The Press
The Relevancy Group recognizes press as major media or
industry press. While we work with bloggers, most blog sites
do not meet our definition of press outlets. Accordingly,
The Relevancy Group reserves the right to refuse or restrict
participation to certian press outlets and limit access to
our press resources, for example they will not be granted
free copies/access to our research.
Use
of Data Charts
In order for members of the press to
reproduce a The Relevancy Group graphic or chart in any
story or article, or to publish a Relevancy Group chart in a
digital medium, the express written consent of Relevancy
Group is required.
Use
of Reports
Members of the press may cite a copy of a
portion of text less than a paragraph long contained in the
Information, provided that all portions of text are
identified as Relevancy Group. Any copy cited longer than a
paragraph contained in the information is prohibited without
the express written consent of The Relevancy Group.
Quotations
Quotations from interviews with The
Relevancy Group industry experts should be identified with
the individuals name, title and company name.
Commercial
Use
The Relevancy Group prohibits any
reference to The Relevancy Group or its Information in all
types of advertising and sales collateral, in all types of
media, including Web pages designed to sell products and/or
services, without express permission from The Relevancy
Group.
Limitation
of Liability
The Relevancy Group shall not be liable
for any damages incurred by or arising as a result of
reliance upon The Relevancy Groups Information. THE
RELEVANCY GROUP WARRANTS THAT THE INFORMATION IS BASED ON
COMPILATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE BEST SOURCES AVAILABLE TO
HAMMERTAP AT ANY GIVEN TIME, AND THAT ANY OPINIONS REFLECT
HAMMERTAP JUDGMENT AT THE TIME AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
