    The year that TRG was launched in 2010, David Daniels did one of the most comprehensive studies and analysis of a massive survey of 13,000 individuals around the world.  Here you will find the labored love output, broken down by global regions and channels including tactics for all. Early on in TRG's life we were trusted to analyze, write and organize these findings, of course with brilliant lead-ins by e-Dialog's country/region managers at that time. The finished product was a lovely coffee table book and was one of the last things that e-Dialog did before they were swallowed whole. So many bright lights still there and now many have moved on.  Today that entity is know as eBay Enterprise (marketing solutions).  In any event, this was a massive and exciting fun research project.  Granted 4 years later, consumer behaviors have changed with the rapid development of a better phone/tech (a.k.a personal computer, wearables?) in nearly every region surveyed here, but people still and always will dig email!  How else are they going to know that they need a new/better phone/tech and how to sign up for it; well email.  BAMN!  This comprehensive research furthered the e-Dialog brand accelerating them to acquire clients and attention from suitors around the globe. TRG/DD is very proud of this work. Perhaps TRG should write for your brand or shall we just write more like this?
